Battery Warranty Information. The battery is unconditionally guaranteed up to 30
days and pro-rated up to 90 days. No guarantee for cracked or physically damaged
cases or terminals at any time. Damage caused in shipping must be reported to us
and carrier 24 hours after receipt of shipping. All batteries shipped dry charged.
All Batteries are dry charged & do not include electrolyte.
AGM Batteries. The “Absorbed Glass Mat" Technology pro-
vides higher cold cranking amps, better rechargeablity with
longer overall life. Batteries are fully sealed for trouble free ser-
vice in a black case. Available in OE or VT brand. Note: 1998
and earlier FX models, require battery side cover, VT No. 42-
0770 and a top cover, VT No. 42-0785 for FXD models.

This battery will be replaced without charge if found to be defective in materials or workmanship 6 months from date of over-the counter purchase. After 6 months but
within 12 months of over-the counter purchase, the battery will be replaced and the purchaser charged only for the period of ownership based on the regular price at the
time of return prorated over the number of months of warranty. This warranty is available through the dealer to the original retail customer and is not transferrable and is
voided by the use of rejuvenators, improper electrolyte, neglect or abuse.
